About Us

Bogura Anti Drug Society (BADS) or Bogura Mental Hospital is a non-profitable, non-political, voluntary organization.

Dr. Aktaruzzaman Sarkar, Ph.D., the founder and director of BADS, led a group of health professionals in establishing the organisation in 1988, and the German ambassador to Bangladesh officially opened it.

GOAL: Drug-Free Society

OBJECTIVES:

* To manage the drug addicts and mental disorder people.

* To ensure treatment correction & rehabilitation.

* To provide skill training.

* To involve them in different trade and activities.
